I'm Cam, and I started my journey in real estate right after graduating high school, about five years ago. My career took an exciting turn when I discovered a local company specializing in creative finance, leading to the creation of the Creative Homes Group. Since then, our team has dedicated itself to assisting over 200 clients navigate the complexities of buying a home. We specialize in offering solutions that are not typical, such as owner financing and lease purchase options, catering to individuals who might find traditional paths challenging. Additionally, we collaborate with mortgage brokers to explore alternative financing options like bank statement loans and DSCR loans for new investors. Our goal is to be a comprehensive resource for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Oklahoma, and we're proud to be ranked among the top 50 teams in the metro area.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my wife and younger brother, who we're currently caring for, and keeping active through regular workouts. We've also been fortunate enough to invest in our own real estate, gradually building a modest portfolio.
